R&D DirectorSofiane Bahbah joined SEDI-ATI Fibres Optiques in January 2022 as Research and Development Director.
Engineer and Ph.D. in non-linear optics, he started his career, in 2001, as researcher at Institut d’Optique Graduate School, and then at Ecole Polytechnique.
In 2008, he joined Horiba Jobin Yvon as R&D Project Manager in the spectroscopy field. After five years, he was promoted to R&D Manager at HORIBA France. In 2018, he joined SPHEREA (a spin-off Airbus Defence and Space) as Head of Optronic Competence Center for the Military and Aerospace Industry.
Sofiane also graduated with an MBA from Paris Dauphine School-PSL and Ecole des Science de Gestion of UQAM (Montreal).
